You are purchasing a direct to film transfer that will require the use of a heat press. If this is your first time ordering from us or you are working with new fabric, we do recommend ordering a couple extra transfers so that you can determine the optimal time, temperature and pressure setting as each heat press does vary.
The film is a “cold peel” which means the film needs to be completely cool before attempting to peel the film away from the design.

The policy is for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
